What is the minimum order you work with?
There is no hard minimum for inspection or audit services. For full sourcing we work best above roughly $5,000 order value, simply because supplier attention drops below that.
How do you charge?
Factory audits and inspections are flat per-visit fees quoted up front. Sourcing is either a flat fee or a percentage of order value, agreed before we start. No hidden supplier commissions.
Do you take commission from factories?
No. We are paid by you, which is the only way our incentives stay pointed in your direction.
Which regions do you cover?
All major manufacturing clusters — Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong — plus Yiwu for small goods.
