Scope
These terms cover use of this website and any quotation issued through it. A signed service agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.
Quotations
Quotes are estimates based on the information you supply and are valid for 30 days. Material changes to specification, quantity or destination may change the price.
Our role
We act as your agent for sourcing, inspection and freight coordination. We are not the manufacturer and do not take title to your goods unless expressly agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of specifications you supply, for ensuring the goods are legal to import into your destination country, and for obtaining any certification your market requires.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts of Zhejiang Province unless otherwise agreed in writing.
