Quality Control Policy
Last updated September 2026.
Inspection standards
Pre-shipment inspections default to ISO 2859-1 (AQL) sampling at 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, unless you specify a different plan.
What is checked
Quantity, workmanship, dimensions against your spec, function where testable, labelling and barcodes, and carton markings and packing integrity.
Evidence
Every report includes dated photographs of the production floor, the sampled units, and each defect found. We report defect counts, not opinions.
Timing
Inspection takes place at 80–100% production completion, before packing for freight. This is the last point at which the supplier can still correct problems at their own cost.
If goods fail
You get the report the same day so you can hold the balance payment. We will coordinate re-work and a re-inspection; the re-inspection fee is charged at cost.
Limits
Sampling inspection reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. A passed inspection is a statement about the sample drawn, not a guarantee about every unit in the shipment.
