YIWU NOVASOURE IMPORT AND EXPORT CO.,LTD is a Yiwu-based China sourcing and export company built by people who had spent years watching importers get burned by the same three things: a factory that was not what it claimed, goods nobody checked, and freight that arrived with a surprise invoice. Being on the ground in China is the entire point.
The problem
Most sourcing agents are paid by the factory
It is the standard arrangement in this industry and it is rarely disclosed. The agent earns a percentage from the supplier, which means the agent's income depends on you placing the order — with that supplier, at that price, regardless of whether it is the right call.
It also means the agent is structurally unable to fail a factory audit. Failing the audit costs them the commission.
How we are different
You pay us, so we can tell you the truth
Our fee comes from the buyer and only from the buyer. When we audit a factory and it fails, we lose nothing by saying so — and you avoid a deposit you were about to lose.
It is a less profitable model per order. It is the reason clients come back for the second one.
How we work

Paid by you, only
We take no commission from factories. It is the only structure where telling you a supplier is bad costs us nothing.
Evidence over adjectives
Dated photos, geotagged site visits, defect counts. "Good quality" is not a finding.
Reply within a day
A working day, not a business week. Sourcing decisions rot when they sit unanswered.
We say no
If your volume is too low for a category, or the product needs certification you do not have, we tell you before you spend.
Where we are
On the ground in Yiwu, China
Our office is in Yiwu, Zhejiang, with inspectors covering the major manufacturing clusters — Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong, and Yiwu for small goods.
Being physically present is the entire point. A remote "audit" done over video call is worth roughly what it costs.
