Sourcing Policy

Independence

We accept no commission, rebate or kickback from any factory or supplier. Our income comes from the buyer. This is what allows us to fail an audit without it costing us anything.

Supplier selection

Candidate suppliers are checked for a valid business licence, export licence, production capacity appropriate to your order, and any certification your market requires, before they are presented to you.

What we will not source

Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, restricted or hazardous items without proper licensing, and any product whose import into your stated destination would be unlawful.

Confidentiality

Your product designs, specifications and supplier lists are yours. We do not share them with other clients and we will sign an NDA on request.

Conflicts of interest

If we have any existing commercial relationship with a supplier we propose to you, we disclose it in writing before you make a decision.
